Basic Information
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the required day.
- A copy of your driver’s license must be submitted during the booking process.
- The Maximum capacity allowed for riding is 2 adults plus 1 child under 5 years old .
- The booking time slot is fixed at 24 hours from 10 am to the next day at 10 am and cannot be altered.
- Vehicle delivery and pick-up services at your place are available from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Vehicle delivery and pick-up services are available exclusively for locations near Chatham Jetty, Foreshore Road, Phoenix Bay Jetty, Bengali Club, Aberdeen Bazaar, Delanipur, and Junglighat
- Bike rental slots can be extended on request.
Pricing
- New Activa/Jupiter – INR 600 per day.
- Old Activa – INR 500 per day.
- Avenger Bike -INR 1000 per day.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 1500 will be collected during booking and returned upon vehicle return.

Yes, the bikes are regularly serviced and thoroughly tested after every booking to ensure the safety of all riders.

Can I get a bike pick-up and drop-off at my hotel?
Yes, with some charges you can avail of a hotel delivery and pick-up. The charges will depend on your location.

How many people can ride with me on the bike?
A maximum of two adults and a child can ride on the bike. Helmets are compulsory for all.

Is there a security deposit needed at the bike rental shop?
The bike rental shops will not keep a security deposit. But they might keep some document or ID card as a deposit.

You can rent a bike without any hassle. Just carry your driving license, address proof, and booking voucher details to the bike rental shop.
