- Boats run every 30 minutes from the jetty. You can board any available boat within your selected slot. The same boat will take you to the island, wait, and return you to the jetty.
- Please report at Aberdeen Jetty at least 30 minutes before your time slot.
- Water activities at North Bay Island are optional and payable directly on the island.
- Boat schedules may change due to weather or sea conditions.
- Passengers must follow instructions from boat crew and local authorities during the trip.
- Passengers must carry a valid ID proof during travel.
Cancellations & refunds
- Free cancellation is available for upto 24 hours before starting time of the trip. You’ll receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling of the trip can be done before 24 hours.
- Unfortunately, trips may not be cancelled within 24 hours since entry tickets are acquired. No refund will be offered.
- You’ll receive a full refund incase of trip Cancellations due to weather conditions.
