Andaman Fried Chicken, as the name suggests is the island’s homemade answer to KFC. All those who crave their regular dose of western style batter fried chicken can indulge on this fried version instead. Initially, it was an instant hit, with people lining up to sample some of this fried goodness. So much so, that the circle where the restaurant is located was named AFC circle.
However, AFC now seems to have lost its initial charm. It holds up as a place serving fried chicken but the other dishes are average. Nevertheless, AFC will still be able to satiate the odd crispy chicken cravings of the die-hard KFC fans.
